Hi!
Just to be sure:
The script can be used free of charge by anyone, can't it?
I mean, also by websites who sell something (as long as they don't sell the script itself)...
Christian
P.S.: Oh, and please, don't answer readme.html or license.html.
Thanks. Smile

I would like to think that it would be free to all. I have it on my graphics site and I use it for the content management.

One of the MAIN reasons I moved away from MT is how they were so, I don't know, mean about commercial sites. I asked them if I could install MT for others, give them part of the profit. I was told no.

Can you imagine turning down money? I can't.

Anyhow, I'm pretty sure it can be used on any site, without restrictions, right Michel V.?

Yes, B2 is free to use on commercial sites. It is released under the GNU General Public License http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html.
In fact you can sell it if you wanted to, there would not be much point as it is freely available. You could however use it as a basis for providing a commercial service if you wanted; say, hosting, installation, support, etc.

The ONLY restrictions are that you must provide the source code if they request it, to anyone to whom you give or sell or provide the script, and that you do not restrict their right to do the same. See the GPL FAQ and in particular this question and the next few.

Hope this helps,
Mike

Yes, it did help, indeed. Smile
Thanks once again.
But just another off topic question:
I feel this:
Quote:

I mean, also by websites who sell something

was not correct, was it?
Shouldn't it be which instead of who?
My English is quiet poor... Sad
Christian.
