|
|
Okay I was surfing the MT message board and I found a hack that I wasn't sure if B2 would have yet or not. According to the hack it will show who updated the site and the last five sites who last updated. Instead of listing all your links. Does B2 have a hack for this? If so where can I get it?
Much thanks!

b2 Links by Mike Little looks like a very good links manager. It doesn't check weblogs.com or blo.gs though.
I'm hoping to look at adding that feature over the next few days and integrating it into b2++, see my post here for more: http://blogs.linux.ie/xeer/archives/p/89490310/more/1/c/1
UPDATE! Looks like this script could be useful too. It requires a login on blo.gs though. http://philringnalda.com/phpblogroll/ |

I have a plugin working that connects to http://blo.gs working now. It looks up your favourites xml file, parses it. and displays the links.
The original code is of course from http://philringnalda.com/phpblogroll/
By defaullt the Smarty cache timeout is set to 1 hour, to avoid hitting blo.gs on every request. The template that generates the list of links is also editable from the web browser.
I'd release the code today, but it's not ready for mainstream digestion yet. Check back here tomorrow, or the day after! |

I've just released b2++ 0.6pre2 with a blo.gs blogrolling plugin. If no bugs are found, this release will become version 0.6 in a few days.
I set the blo.gs ID in b2options, which means I can change template designs without having to add my list of links back in! It also displays the links by last update time.
Download here: http://cork.linux.ie/filemgmt/viewcat.php?cid=4
Remember to download the "src" and "data" packages!
Calls to blo.gs are cached and the data itself will only be updated at most once an hour as per instructions on http://blo.gs/ |
