Ok so I didn't get help for my table row question

But do you know how to refer to 2 .css files without having them conflict?

I have a table.css and a footer.css but when I have them referred to in one HTML object they conflict ie. the z-index. I have tried changing their numbers but didn't work either.

Also, how do I have the footer appear under the table? (not a tfoot) My position absolute, align bottom syntax overrides some of the tables formatting.
