ive noticed that my new posts and new comments dont show up if i refresh
the pull down comments thingie will show the old comments, but not the old one.

i have to empty out my temporary files in order to see them.

this happens to everyone else who visits my site too.

what's wrong?

note: in case it still doesn't refresh properly After you fix the problem, empty out your temp internet files one last time and then it should start refreshing no problem after that.
