I have read with interest the threads here: http://tidakada.com/board/viewtopic.php?p=6665#6665

It is almost what I need. Does anybody know if it is possible to accomplish the following,

Users may register and post but their contribution is not displayed as a published category until the author has verified/approved the post. It would seem that I could doing this by editing B2edit.php to only allow submissions to category 0. Ideally I as author could log in, browse all entries (including category 0) and edit and reassign these to viewable categories.

I figured out how to force the issue and remove the category selection, and default the post to an 'unpublished' category [as shown by imeridan? in another post] for approval.

I will post more later today.
