I converted a Blogger (yuck!) template to b2 and turned it into my blog. So basically, I did everything but the layout. I'm happy with it and it's a constant work in progress and I'd love any feedback you could give me.

Very good. I like your design as a whole. I'm into simple layouts, where the attention should be directed to the content/blog instead of the images. Good job.
Good job on the stats as well.
