Delete your cookies.
You're logging in with the username "admin" and the password that was given to you (which can also be found in your database), correct? _________________ http://www.viper007bond.com
If you haven't already installed b2, I advise you look into WordPress or b2evo instead as b2 is dead. |

Did you send for your password (i.e. use the lost password feature)? _________________ No more support from me. Goodbye!

You're going to have to log into a program like PHPMyAdmin and retrieve your password.
Try registering a new user name. _________________ No more support from me. Goodbye!

If you can't register, then simply edit your b2config.php and allow registrations.
To get to PHPMyAdmin, log into your control panel, click on MySQL Databases, scroll all the way down to the bottom, and you'll see a link to "PHPMyAdmin", from there, find the database that you created for b2, click on the b2users, on the right frame, click "Browse" (at the top) and you'll see your password. _________________ No more support from me. I have the same problem. I've tried everything mentioned above, but when I type in the correct username & password and hit 'ok', the whole page just goes blank. Any ideas about what's wrong? |

Any chance you guys might be blocking cookies? Try putting your site into the trusted zone. _________________ Michael P. |

Same thing! I'm not allowed to log in. I haven't made any changes to settings or anything else and now it won't let me in.
I have checked my login/password with phpmyadmin and they are 100% correct.
I have tried login with different users, with no results.
I have tried to clear cookies, with no results.
I have tried with IE and Opera, with no results.
I have closed my firewall, with no results.
And I'm not the only one with the same problem. Is there any workaround around this?
Later:
Fortunately I was able to blog with http://wbloggar.com/. If someone else is having the same problem you can use that. |

I'm having the same problem with one of my bloggers. She can't login at all, and she both switched off here firewall and enabled cookies. Then we tried the login on another computer and it worked. So there's nothing wrong with the login. Why can't she login ? |
