I've only recently started using B2 and I think its pretty neat. But in light of the fact that its no longer being activley developed, should we switch to something else like WordPress??
Anyway, it seemed like an interesting though...what's your opinion?
I think B2 is pretty sweet myself.

If I were in your shoes, and just starting b2, I'd definitely move to WordPress. These forums won't be around forever, and some of us (who aren't original b2 developers) won't be able to answer all questions that may arise in the future. So I'd move to WP.

Do both WordPress and b2evo use the same tags as b2? If I swtich, I'd like for my index.php to look the same without lots of work.

They both have changed the index .
B2evolution uses skins now , and word press has been changing tags I believe .
One that looks like it will be great but still in beta . is bBlog ..

Yeah, I've been looking into B2evolution. It seems fairly easy to update from B2 and still keep your current templates intact. It has an option to keep your post data from b2 and stay with your current template or update those templates to skins. But I haven't finished completely 'cause I'm having server probs...
oh...It also allows you to have multiple blogs.
