I just installed b2 and unzipped it in WinZip. I looked and read the Readme.html but it just confuses me even more. Is there anyone who can help me understand how to install it and stuff? I also wanted to know if you really need a host to use b2 or can you just use Geocities?

Yes, you need a host and a MySQL database (not Geocities) as stated in the readme.html file. Even though the readme.html can be confusing, the first thing I would worry about is the installation. Do you have all the requirements?
