when creating my new blog, I get this:
Creating blog...

Trying to create stub file

Loading: Array

Creating: /home/kelly/public_html/Gulles_Hornebooke.php

Warning: fopen(/home/kelly/public_html/Gulles_Hornebooke.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in/home/kelly/public_html/admin/b2blogs.php on line 112


Cannot create!


You should create categories for this blog now!

I am running OS 10.3. on a iBook G4 using Safari.

How do I create the stub/url files?
