Ok, I've now reinstalled .5, .6, and .7. And now I get this error:
Quote: | Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_ljuserdata() in /home/hakunu/public_html/log/b2profile.php on line 378 |
I've tried uploading it over and over again, but something seems to be wrong with the function. :/ |

Hmm. Well MY 378 has...
<?php if ($use_ljupdate) {
$ljprofiledata=get_ljuserdata($user_ID);
if ( !isset( $ljprofiledata['user_login'] ) ) {
So, did you get your user info and config all set up? Also, is it posting to b2? And can you get to your profile page?

Does this LJupdate hack still exist? Of all links I've clicked on they're no longer there. Does that mean the update is no longer available for download? If I'm mistaken, could someone kindly direct me to the download link? Thanks. |

If I do upgrade to WP, does it provide same template flexibility that I like in b2? I like my current template that I designed so I don't want to not be able to change the WP default template or any restrictions on it. I read about WP and some said that template isn't that flexible like b2. I don't know if that's true. Thanks for the reference. |

You may have to do some adjustments, especially for including the requrired php files (b2comments.php -> wp-comments.php for example), but overall the templates are compatible.
Shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to get a b2 template converted to WP.
As for the flexibility, it's pretty much just as flexible as b2. |

I actually just downloaded WP and installed the lj hack, and it's not nearly as slick as this one -- it doesn't link to the lj entry, for example, or support moods. |
