Ok, here is my problem. I've figured out why it is doing this, but I'm not sure what I can do to fix this.

Alright, I've used a script where you can write your entire site in one file. Like, the whole site is written in index.php, and to go to another section, the link would be index.php?about

Now, the problem is, linking to my archives and other categories in B2. Because the link to another category would be index.php?cat=3
The problem is, that I'm guessing the browser is looking for the categories and archives in my index.php file, and they are not there. So what I can I do to put my archives and categories in my index.php file, or in another file I can link to?
