Okay. So me and my fiance have just purchased out first .com. We expected to have everything run smoothly, but from the beginning, we've had so many problems. One being when I was trying to use Graymatter and a .cgi file crashed the whole server, temporarily shutting down possibly 100's of sites . I wasn't the best licked person for a while.

So anyway, to cut a long story short, our server sugested b2 to update. I uploaded everything, edited the b2config.php, etc, etc. And everything was working okay [except the comments like, but that wasnt totally important] Smile . But we have different sections of the website, that would need updating indivually. There's http://www.jsofts.com and there's also http://www.jsofts.com/radio.

I started from fresh, edited the b2config.php and all that lot. And uploaded them into the /radio subfolder. I ran the installation, and all worked well. Untill it came to loginn in. I used the user 'admin' and the random pass it gave me, but it said that it was wrong. I tried it several time, but I got nothing .

So i have a quick look through the readme.html, everything was okay and noticed it said login with user 'admin' and pass 'admin'. I did so and it still wouldn't let me in. I tried one of the accounts I have for the other blog one on http://jsofts.com just on the off chance. But nothing worked Sad .

Does anyone know what the problem may be? And if so, could you let me know ASAP.

Thanx very much.

On the 2nd installation, did you change the db prefix (_b2) to something else? If not, you're into a shitstorm.

Oh, and don't be afraid of not being the best licked person around. I've never been licked, so you should settle with adequately satisfactorySmile

Sorry. I couldn't help myself.
