i've read the readme file at cafelog. i've read the sticky.
i'm sure many are in the same boat trying to mess around with the plethora of php files affiliated with b2.

it's clear as mud what to do. can someone help me ?

q1: let's say i'm using dreamweaver mx. can someone clearly say instead of "If something is showing up that you don't want, just delete it." something more DEFINITIVE? what file should i take to edit? is it index.php or b2.php?

what if i have my own html layout and i cut and paste the "snippet" as per the sticky, is that all i need? sure i can back up and learn by trial and error but realistically, let's make INFORMED decisions and eliminate the vagueness.

thanks for reading, u can bet there'll be more questions to follow. i appreciate your time.

You can do both: edit the template as it is or create a new php file and add the snippet.

You're a free man, highflyr; exploit it!

Just remember to have that call function above everything else on your index.php, blog.php, b2.php or whatever you want to call it.
