I just installed b2 on my domain, on a subdomain as i already have it installed on the main site. It installed fine and gave me a password to log on with but when i went to login.php it said Error: wrong login/password before id even typed anything. I put in admin and the password and the same error kept comming up.

What do you mean you installed it on a subdomain?
If the subdomain is a "spoof" address, you should use the _real_ address (not REAL PATH!!) both on the page and in b2config.php
Example:
I've got a subdomain called http://meta.sigg3.net
This really leads to http://www.sigg3.net/meta/
If I wanted to have an URL to the b2login.php I'd have to use the 2nd address, not the first. This also applies to the configurations in b2config.php. _________________ Sigg3 dot net - because you're worth it! | b2 Cafelog Resource Center |

Okay, sorry about this i don't know what i'm doing wrong, but now i can't even access it from any other computer because when i log in it just returns me to the log in page, with no error or anything. However when i try to log on, on my computer it still comes up with the error.

ok never mind now that i've cleared it, it seems that the username and password is not "admin" and "admin" like it says in the readme.html file but the random password they gave me. which i tried earlier but didn't work...hmm...oh well it works now. |
