I have b2 in its own folder seperate from my site, but even though I have as the site url: http://akiraka.com/b2 when I try to click on the comments it leads me to http://akiraka.com/b2comments.pop-up.php on http://akiraka.com

How do I get it where instead of puting to http://akiraka.com/b2comments.pop-up.php it'll point to http://akiraka.com/b2/b2coments.pop-up.php?

(Sorry if I spelled anything wrong).
