I am completely new to PHP and the B2 blogger app. I am being hosted by IPowerweb and they were not much help. Does anyone know where I can ftp download/upload all my PHP files? They aren't in any directory that I can see, and the blog is already there.

Yes!
Log in to your iPowerweb account using your FTP client of choice. (I use WS-FTP.)
Go to your root directory ( / ).
Then change directory to ".panel". Make sure you include the dot before the word panel.
You'll get to a new "hidden" directory.
From there, navigate thru this path: /.panel /web/b2
Incidentally, from the /.panel/web/ directory is where you'll find your "power plugins" stuff.
