I tried to visit my site today, and got this error message on the b2.php page:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections in /home/alatriel/public_html/b2-include/b2functions.php on line 37
Can't connect to the database server. MySQL said:
Too many connections

For some reason, my host has been slow all day, and im getting errors on now b2 relates, php scripts all over my site. Whats going on? B2 has been installed for about 4 months now, and untill today has worked fine.

EDIT: The site is http://www.elven-star.net the b2 page is http://www.elven-star.net/b2.php

Doesn't matter, it just went away and started working again.

This seems to occour from time to time.
Sometimes when I've blogged and blogged and blooged, they've restarted the mySQL database and the server, which makes for some funny errors in half a minute.
