Hi,
Everytime I try to post a comment I get this:

Cannot post comment, please correct these errors:

You can only post a new comment every 30 seconds.

it's been months since I've posted a comment on my own blog. Is there a place in the script where I can tell it not to do that?

Seems like a cookie-error. Try deleting your cookies and do a CTRL+F5 hardcore refresh.
