all the suddon on the site it says this, how do i fix this?

Can't connect to the database server. MySQL said:

Ask your provider. There are too many connections to either your DB or the MySQL server of your provider...
To be sure, try again later on.

Try to log on to your database with phpMyAdmin. If you can't, look at your webspace host site if they're having issues. There's prolly nothing you can do but wait or change hosts.
