can't upload images under b2_0.9.0.11 + IIS6(Win2003)

I had installed the php5 under IIS6 and test ok!

and I installed the b2_0.9.0.11, it's still ok....

but when I tested the "Upload files" function, it can't work!!

no any error message happen...

but I really can't upload the real image(jpg) file to IIS6 Server.
I had let the folder(./media) permission grant to I_USER_*** full control.

Is any bug for the module "b2upload.php" under Windows+IIS6 environment?
