On my blog (http://kura.buruma.net) recently I'm getting lots of junk comments in all of my posts. (I use b2 to blog)

In the comments section, it now has entries from Poker Online etc. advertisements. Is there anyway to block them?

(I had over 20 comments per entry from Online Poker before and I manually deleted all of them. But now I'm starting to accumilate those ad in the comments again.)
