well i just started to use the php/blog yesterday... i bet the answer to my question is easy... but i still need the help

as you see, i installed the blog ... and the scrollbars are being shown.. what i was wondering was, How can i edit the file so the scrollbar wont be on the bottom, so ONLY the side scrollbar will be shown?

is it in the pixel adjustment or alignment? please let me know..thanks
