| How about we start something like b2 blogger's of month feature on here? We get to nominate who we think deserved to win blog of the month based on the quality and stuff. The winner will be feature on the main page to get more hits. |

Hi, I think it's a great idea! 
We could vote on a weekly basis: every week we could receive nominations (maybe just here as a forum categorie) while having winners (or a single winner) of the previous week showin up for a week.
Votes would be added as poll to the nominations. It's a first look, just to have your feedback, maybe i'm not thinkin' about everything involved...

| mayber there would be a problem of languages of the blog. for example mine (as ur Jakuza) is in Italian, and i don't think all could appreciate it 100% |

michel, phpbb has a in-built polling system already. Can we use that? So we can have a new section call blog of the month, and inside we will have the "blog of the month" voting and users can comment on it  |

Yes! That's what I meant!
About different languages: we could leave apart blog content or have votes posted after having understood what the blog is about (any language it is)
