I'm totally new to phpMyAdmin, but I would like to save all my posts, users, settings etc. I see in the database there are 7 tables, and I went to Export, and noticed there is an option to export them and save them as a .zip. What options do I choose?

- Structure only
- Structure and data
- Data only
- Export to XML format

- Add 'drop table'
- Complete inserts
- Extended inserts
- Enclose table and field names with backquotes

I keep it as an online journal, and couldn't afford losing my months and years work of diary entries.

Thanks!

PS - Once I save it as a ZIP in the right format, I could easily import it and it would work perfectly?
