I love b2, it works fine, it's perfect for my needs.

Wow! Dude gets right to the point eh!

But, to be honest, I think he's right and wrong. Wrong in that he assumes that good code is written in only one way and everything else is bad code. Right in that the use of globals in some places does seem a little over the top. It would also be nice if there was something (a diagram of sorts) explaining the logic and mapping what functions are in what files.

But so what! It works, and it works great! I'm going to stick with it. Besides, why flame the author when he did all the work so I don't have too. I'm grateful!

I will say that it's refreshing not to see some huge convoluted OO framework slowing things down. I like OO, but I'm beginning to feel that objects are too much for web use. The speed hit doesn't, in my mind, justify the benefits.

Oh well.....
