Following on from the launch of http://blogs.linux.ie/, here's the source code of the b2 and Smarty modification that made this possible.

This is the first release so there will be bugs. It also requires mod_rewrite so I don't think it'll work without Apache. The Smarty part of it doesn't require mod_rewrite but it's there to support multiple blogs.

1. Added Calendar Plus by Alex King and others. Add {$calendar} to your template to use it. Available at http://www.alexking.org/index.php?content=software/b2/calendar_plus.php
2. Nice URLs are now enabled. More at http://tidakada.com/board/viewtopic.php?t=1273
3. Fix for Safari logins. http://tidakada.com/board/viewtopic.php?t=2502
4. Re-enabled image uploads.
5. Various bug fixes and cleanups.
6. Replaced {$permalink_link} with {$permalink_single} in the Smarty post templates.
7. Pingbacks and Trackbacks seem to work.

I've also included a simple UPGRADE document to help when upgrading from a previous version or from a "normal" b2 installation. Unfortunately I couldn't help much with the upgrade from a normal b2 install as the changes are so invasive.

How can i install this from windows?

the instructions there are only for linux

my virtual hosting runs in linux and i alreay have b2 installed there.
