| on my last server i made a home backup and not an sql backup. so, when everything is extracted i get files such as b2posts.frm , b2posts.MYD , b2posts.MYI . I was wondering how do i go about uploading these b2posts files? |

i have no idea how i got my files to look like this:
b2posts.MYD
b2posts.frm
b2posts.MYI
b2categories.frm
b2categories.MYD
b2categories.MYI
and so on..
but i want to bring back these old archives. is it possible? or did i just totally mess things up? |

| Your actual posts are in the mySQL database, not in any other files. If you don't have a backup of your database, you don't have a backup of your posts. |
