need to know how to get rss function to work on site so that i can update my site with someone elses.

detailed explanation. i have chmoded my xml file and my rss file that i want to take it to. my xml page doesn't have any source. all it has is this

this file is blank because you either don't use the RSS function, or you forgot to ChMod that file (chmod 666)


all i need is a simple how to if you can help.

i found out on my own that i have to use a news aggregator but anybody know of any good ones that are free?
