I'd like to check the legal issues of:

1) Marketing web hosting packages with B2 pre-installed

2) Using B2 artwork in the marketing of these webhosting packages.

I know that the site: http://www.deafening-urge.net markets webhosting packages featuring B2 and uses B2 artwork, but I'm unaware if they are doing this legally.

If anyone could reply, that would greatly assist my new webhosting company as it continues to strive to offer what the client wants.
