I can't login! Error: wrong login/password

I've installed the program a lot of times and changed the b2config.php file but the problem doesn't work out. When I go to b2install.php and the program gives me the admin and the password I go to login. Before I put the user and the password it tells me: Error: wrong login/password. Then I try to login but it tells me: Error: wrong login/password. What can I do?

Is your password correct? If you cleared your cookies, I'm not sure what the problem could be. If you're blocking cookies from your domain, make sure you en-trust your domain before trying again.

Also, make sure you're clear your cookies, then close all browser windows then open a new.
