Anyone now why I'm getting this error?

Fatal error: Failed opening required '//b2config.php' (include_path='.:') in /blog.header.php on line 6

Install went fine. When going to view index.php in the b2 dir. I get this error.

This line is also at the bottom of the add item/blog page where you add blogs. Strange....

The only include (direct path, not www.yoursite.com) I see is for the /images directory.
