Tell-a-friend 2.0

This script has nothing to do with b2, but is pretty easy to use. There's only 1 single php file which you have to edit.

I checked it out. Pretty easy to use. I have it live at http://www.allintimate.com/b2/. It's the tell a friend link on the upper left.
