|
|
Hi,
Im running a website at http://www.nztechie.com and im using the board on the front page.
However, i keep getting a horizontal scroll-bar which i shouldn't have at 1024 x 768 and above. Fair enough for below that resolution.
The page is framed, i have a page above, and a menu to the left. The strange thing is that sometimes it does it, sometimes it dosent.
Ive muddled with parts of the code, but really just deleting portions i didnt need to use, and i added some text at the top too, careful not to specify over 100% width (used 80%), or defining too many pixels.
Probably hard for anyone to help me without seeing the code, but perhaps if there is a tag i can modify in the layout css file.
There is nothing visible outside the bound of the page.
Cheer. |

You must be looking at it on a screen larger then 1024 x 768 then, or i have found Opera dosen't show the horizontal scroll bar. New site, so havent tested with Netscape Navigator yet. Thanks for your comment, please elaborate on the Frames include. Can anyone come up with a fix for my problem? Unnesessary horizontal scroll bars just look ugly. |
