Okay - I know plenty of people know how to do this - as I see it all the time in people's scripts. I have gone through a few different posts to do look for this hack - and they either don't work or are not dumbed down enough for the php challenged (cough) aka me (cough).

Yes, I have seen the other posts.. Yes, I have seen Alex's posts, but when I was having difficulty with his script, he says he no longer supports b2 hacks so to ask here.

I would appreciate it if someone could dumb it down for me - so that I could post the # of posts per category.

and by dumbed down I mean..

Open example.php Look for :

<?
insert coding here
?>

and replace with

<?
insert coding here
?>

That makes it easy for me, lol. thanks.
