I am looking for a way to allow people to post comments on my blog entries but I do not want them to be able to post new entries themselves.

Did some searching but I cannot seem to locate this. Any help would be appreciated.

Use b2comments.php instead of b2commentspopup.php? and call the page with &c=1...

This is no hack, it's just using the internal b2comments instead of the b2commentspopup. Might not be what you're looking for though.
