How can I fix this problem:

Ok so I go to my site, and someone has commented on it. I revisit and nothing shows up, so I have to either to a ctrl-refresh, or delete my temp internet files, to see it say 1 comment. Why is that and how the hell do I fix it! It's been buging me for a long time now, and have no clue what I did to cause this!
