Hi all,

when I wanna use characters like these: é or ò or ä b2 seems te mess them up after I hit 'blog this'. They end up weird on the site. I never had this problem with Blogger.
Anyone know what can be done?

To see what I mean, see the 2 testposts on:
www.boneless.nl/blog/

Thanks for helping

This has got to do with these characters not being "standard" in all languages.

In Norwegian, we've got æ, ø and å. In HTML they should be written æ , ø and å.

Read more about the html entities @:
http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_entitiesref.asp

Don't worry. After a while you know them all by heart:)

So that is the only solution?
There is no way of adding code to the index.php or other file so it automatically recognises a é as a é , like this forum does?

You could probably modify doc.Fusion's "/me like in IRC" b2 hack (link), but this - and other probable solutions, are rather more timeconsuming than writing & instead of & etc..
