I am using Windows XP..
Windows IISv5.1
Anyhow, i downloaded the php from www.php.net and installed it.
I downloaded the MySQL from their website and installed it as well...
Anyhow, with everything working fine, i get me the latest windows version of b2 on the website, unzip it into the wwwroot/b2/ folder.
Anyhow, i go to http://www.sunniesdog.com/b2/wp-admin/install.php like i did the last time i tried to install b2..
It said there was no wp-config.php. So i used the web interface to create one. However, it was a dead link.
The address was http://www.sunniesdog.com/b2/wp-admin/wp-admin/... so i deleted the duplicate wp-admin from the address box and it worked!
Anyhow, there was still an error or a msg at the top of the screen. index or something or the other.
Anyhow, i enter all the relevant information and move along smoothly thru the next 2 screens.
Now im writing down the password they have given me. The random one.
I click on log in.. I enter admin and the password.
I click on the log in button and then i get the generic YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO VIEW THIS PAGE kinda page...
i can't go to www.sunniesdog.com or any directory within...
It keeps saying not authorized.. Is it a permissions thing?
What do i do from here to make it Authorized?

EDIT: By the way, the install however ALWAYS WORKS. only other stuff dont work..
Everytime i try to go back to http://www.sunniesdog.com/wp-admin/install.php it works. But to just go to http://www.sunniesdog.com/wp-admin/ i am not authorized.
how come? |

What you're trying to install is WordPress, not b2.

WordPress is much more advanced, and it uses a different database schema.

where can i get the latest copy of b2 then?
cause i thought b2 was written by www.cafelog.com
and it then directs me to download wordpress...  |

b2 is not being developed anymore. Use WordPress instead.
