Off-topic, for my hostees on tidakada.com: I added a bit to phpMyAdmin's code so that you can all use phpMyAdmin on my domain.
This makes it possible for you to benefit of the quite frequent upgrades of this program once they're available. To use it, go there and login with your MySQL username and password. Since the passwords are stored as clear text in a cookie, make sure you use the logout button if you share the computer with other users.

Whoa.
I appreciate your level of trust.
And it is your call--and your call only--to make.

But all it will take is one honest mistake to lose a decent bit of work.

I hate to question the Maximum Leader, Michel V., the benevolent dictator of B2/CafeLog, but . . .

Why doesn't the release folder, or http://cafelog.com/052/showsource.php
work well enough?

Seems like we need two sites/databases here.
One that functions as a CVS [until CafeLog has one]. The other, yours.

Is this what you're doing? That is,
domain "cafelog.com" is secure and also has all the work/scripts? Which then go to the public/open "tidakada.com"?

(Or something like that? )

Trust ? Well, considering they can only access their own databases and have no read/write rights on other databases, it's no biggie : )
The /releases folder is good enough as it is, but it's true CVS could be cool.

Got it!

Similar to the standard virtual hosting deal where the user starts at the phpadmin page for his or her database only, and not the master phpadmin for the MySQL server.

You had me worried there, just for a minute.

Well, I just had to add some cookie login code. I'm going to post the hack on the boards, for anybody interested in it. It's a very simple mod.
